I am addicted to Dior! I have to ban myself from visiting the boutique - Someone take away my internet! I've always gravitated to one designer a season (or a few), but my Dior obsession is anything but fading some seasons later. Here are a few of my must-have Dior accessories. I have this small DiorTravel vanity case in Rose des Vents and love it - It's my most used handbag. SO, of course I had to get another color. This small DiorTravel lambskin vanity case in Gray Cannage is gorgeous and perfect for colder seasons. I'm obsessed with this color. Can't wait till Christmas! The Dior Claire D Lune ring is part of the cruise collection 2022. I'm a fan of white-gold and diamonds, so this palladium-finish metal, with white crystals CD ring is a must-have. This ring is the perfect stocking stuffer - Hint hint.. Another item for the cruise 2022 collection are these Dior D-Zenith heeled ankle boots. These boots were made for me - I messaged my Dior Angel and asked her to get these for me and she replied, 'I already put them aside for you'. She gets my style. These boots have a sporty, yet elegant vibe. These fabulous boots have an integrated sock with the 'CHRISTIAN DIOR' signature - LOVE! The sport-like design dons a gold-finish heel - This juxtaposition is perfect and clearly references the cruise collection vibe. I LOVE LOVE sunglasses. Dior quickly became my go-to sunglasses brand. These modern sunglasses styles are perfectly pink'ish' and on-trend. These DiorSignature A3U nude pilot sunglasses don the new 'CHRISTIAN DIOR PARIS' signature and an updated pilot style. Have-to-have. These DiorClub M1U sunglasses are a little out of my comfort zone and I love them. The rectangular-shaped mask has a sporty vibe. I love the pink mirrored lens combined with the light beige frame with a pink lined detail. I can't wait to wear these.. I tried on these Dior Dway slides at the boutique - They are super cozy. Unfortunately, my size wasn't available. The blue shearling is super cozy. I love a good 'these are shoes, not slippers' style. The Dior D-Vibe Tribales earrings for headphones are everything I love about fashion - Ridiculous, but fabulous AND a must-have. Compatible with AirPods and AirPods Pro, these earrings have a small gold-tone chain with a ring that you attach to our headphones. LOVE! This Dior CD navy bracelet is comprised of woven cotton and white resin pearls. Simple and a must-have. Another stocking stuffer - Hint hint.. I'm not a fan of yellow, but this buttery shade of the Dior micro Lady Dior bag is GORGEOUS. It's absolutely impractical - This bag is super tiny and you won't get much in there. Who cares! I haven't seen this bag up close, but am expecting a 'we have it' message any day now.. If you follow me, you know I'm addicted to white Dior boots. These Dior D-Major ankle boots are perfection. The military inspired boot has wool throughout (they're super cozy) and dons the 'CHRISTIAN DIOR' signature in pale pink. LOVE and HAVE-TO-HAVE!
Like most fashionistas, I'm obsessed with Bottega Veneta this season. Uh oh Dior (my long time designer obsession), I think I might have to push the pause button for a little while. The Bottega Veneta shell shoulder bag was the first to catch my eye. It comes in three sizes and a variety of colors. The cutout detailing gives this bag a modern look. I always go with the most unique bag in the collection, but don't seem to get appreciation from the fashion crowd, SO I'm gonna keep this one in mind and opt for a another style.. But first, lets talk about the shoes. I want all of them. The Bottega Veneta raffia sandals are GORGEOUS! The Intrecciato design is synonymous with the brand. Not sure if these would be comfy, but who cares. I don't recall Bottega Veneta being on everyones wish list in a while, but whomever took over the design team is WOWING fashion lovers. These Bottege Veneta almond pumps and mesh-panel sandals are both stretchy and unique. The mesh-panel sandals are on the top of my must-have list. The Bottega Veneta Intrecciato tote has an oversized slouchy body that's easy to pack and great for travel or running errands. BTW - Intrecciato is a unique Italian technique of weaving leather. These Bottega Veneta slingback strap slippers are a MUST-HAVE. They're futuristic and fun. I love this shade of pink. These casual shoes are perfect for summer. After much consideration, the Bottega Veneta padded cassette shoulder bag made it to the top of my handbag list. These weaved bags are on trend and available in a variety of colors. I like the neutral shades and the spearmint blue (got my eye on that one). The Bottega Veneta padded chain cassette shoulder bag is similar to the previous bag, but dons a thick chain in either silver or gold - depending on the color of the bag. This is the BV bag taking over Instagram. Another take on the classic Intrecciato weave - These Bottega Veneta mules are a statement. The bold platform mules are made from ivory nappa leather. LOVE! Last on the list - the Bottega Veneta fringe crisscross leather clutch is a show stopper. Anything fringe walks nicely and attracts attention. This clutch is unique and a nice addition to a fashionistas collection. Get my obsession? The BV collection is amazing! Fingers crossed that I'll wake up one day with a Bottega Veneta box calling my name..
I am obsessed with this French, ready-to-wear label - Jacquemus. While this brand has been around a decade, it was Le Chiquito mini bag that caught my attention a few years ago. I wanted the tiny bag, but was unable to procure it. I abandoned the mission and only recently came back to the beloved Jacquemus brand. The Jacquemus Fall/Winter 2020 show was chic and modern. The muted shades are minimal and the silhouettes accentuate your assets. This collection is not for the body conscious kind. While this is a Fall/Winter collection, the muted shades and barely there styles are more suited for a resort or Summer collection. Pictured here is the famous Le Chiquito mini bag. I kinda still want one, but the limited space is an issue for me. This mini bag dons the signature gold-toned Jacquemus logo and contrast stitching details. I LOVE this impractical little handbag. The Jacquemus linen-blend mini halter dress is one of a few dresses I love from this collection. The neutral shade is calming and the draped detailing is faltering. This style is sexy-chic. I am a self-proclaimed sunglasses junkie! These Jacquemus Les Carrees sunglasses are a unique addition to my vast collection. The oversized square silhouette and transparent detail has a modern vibe. there are two sunglasses with this boxy silhouette - the other has a linen trim detail. Les Valerie Hautes sandals are gorgeous. the contrast sticking and linen is coherent with the collection. The square toe is on-trend and the geometric heel is anything but boring. Unfortunately, the smallest size is a 6 and I'm a 5.5 sandal. Another unfortunate moment for me is how much I'm obsessed with the knit bra and cropped sweater look - Imma have to starve myself for a week to don this sexy style. Maybe I could get away with Spanx and a high-waisted skirt?! This cropped cardigan is a Alzou Mohair-blend and was presented over a Valensole knit beta top. Both are available in neutral, white and grey. LOVE! The Abi cutout ribbed-knit jersey leggings are unique and would pair nicely with the Les Valerie Hautes sandals. Lace-up sandals are on trend and the cutout hem on these leggings allows for the laces to be showcased. This is a must-have modern style. I was fortunate to snag a few Jacquemus items from the Moda Operandi trunk show. I started the shopping spree with ten items in my cart, but narrowed the lot down to a velvet cropped sweater, leggings (pictured here), oversized sunglasses and a puffer jacket. My Jacquemus purchase is due to arrive between June 30th and October 15th - I'm so excited!
I consider myself a trendy person, but when the "dad sneaker" hit the runways, I had no intention of jumping on that bandwagon. OK, it's been a while and the oversized, sporty sneaker is still going strong. The sneaker trend has been modified and the color schemes have gone wild, but the chunky sneaker is here to stay (at least for another season). I did it! I purchased myself a pair of dad sneakers AND I love them. I went with the beloved Balenciaga Triple S Sneakers (available at mytheresa.com) in white. The name refers to the three soles supporting the body and giving it a chunky look. This is why they're HEAVY! If you're tryna loose weight or tone your body, wear a dad sneaker. I love the look of these sneakers - they're comfortable and the neutral color scheme goes with everything. Triple S sneakers run large, so I recommend sizing down. I'm usually a size 5.5 or 6 sneaker and I purchased these in size 5. I'm obsessed with my Balenciaga sneakers. I HAVE TO HAVE this Burberry London Football Scarf (available at Farfetch). The super-cropped sweater is the perfect layer. You can don this football scarf over a t-shirt, button down or sweater. The stripes will elongate and flatter your figure and the colors are neutral and perfect for Fall/Winter. I love Karl Ikonik t-shirts. They're excellent quality and fit perfectly. I've gone through a few Ikonik styles (I keep shrinking them by accident) and love the Karl Ikonik Rhinestone T-shirt. You can pair this t-shirt with joggers or wear a fitted size with a skirt and heels for a night out. Be careful washing this t-shirt, cause the rhinestones fall off easily. I'd recommend a gentle hand wash and lay flat to dry. I'm already on my second rhinestone t-shirt. I'm a huge Chloé fan - it is my most anticipated fashion show each season. I usually blow the fashion budget on Chloé AND these modern rubber boots are a must have. The Chloé PVC Betty Rain Boot in santal green was made for me. The khaki Wellington boot has an oversized eggplant heel - it's the perfect color combination. These are going on my Christmas wish list. One of my latest brand obsessions is Spell & The Gypsy Collective. The hippie-like brand is inspired by vintage treasures and I LOVE IT! Spell & The Gypsy apparel and accessories are suitable for Spring/Summer, but there were a few pieces that are perfect for my Fall line-up. The Eagleback Matinee Jacket (not pictured here) is one of my favorites. I also had to have the Spell & The Gypsy Collective Gypsy Traveller Tote Bag. This sturdy tote dons the brand name and an eagle in flight print. It also has a detachable scarf. This tote could use a base for structure (I like structured bags), but I love it anyway. The Axel Tweed Bucket Hat by Maison Michel is the perfect accessory to brighten up a Fall wardrobe. The gold embellishment goes nicely with the Fall jewel-tone trend. AND the bucket silhouette looks cute on everyone.
I LOVE this Fendi Peekaboo mini pocket suede handbag (available at Fendi). The Peekaboo style is one of my favorites and the reinvented bag with exterior multipurpose pockets is brilliant. The juxtaposition of the soft and luxurious suede and smooth, structured leather gives this bag a feminine, military vibe. The green leather against the sand suede with gold-finish metalware is the perfect color combination. This small handbag has two compartments inside, separated by a stiff partition. The Peekoboo style comes with a detachable crossbody strap - I like to accessorize my handbags with straps from the Fendi Strap You collection. Of course, I gifted this Peekaboo handbag to myself! The word "Clothing" in many languages listed down the front of this Vetements t-shirt (available at MyTheresa) and up the back is intriguing. The super oversized cotton t-shirt makes a simple statement - clothing! Tucked in high-waisted trousers or worn loose over fitted pants with chic high-heeled booties, this t-shirt says "cool girl". I'm obsessed with these MIU MIU pink fur slip-on sandals (available at Farfetch). The printed cotton vamp dons white mohair giving these sandals a flirty, feminine vibe. I love the contemporary, feminine spirit of this brand AND have to have these sandals.. Another one of my favorites is Moschino. The brand is playful and synonymous with the bear print. The 3D-like "This Is Not A Moschino Toy" print against the pink t-shirt dress (available at Farfetch) is feminine, but with a little edge - a safety pin infected bear is kinda morbid! I love this shade of pink and am a huge fan of the ever-changing bear print. Moschino t-shirts and t-shirt dresses are high-quality. The cotton is medium weight and soft. I may or may not have a few! I'm a sneaker kinda girl and usually opt for basic white kicks, but I'll make an exception for these Moschino logo print sneakers (available at Farfetch) . These basic white leather sneakers showcase the Moschino logo along with the leather and white rubber sole. Moschino is one of the few brands that print the logo on the clothing and accessories that I will wear. I would pair these sneakers with chic sweatpants or a t-shirt dress. Maybe even with a super-feminine Zimmerman dress. One of my first brand obsessions - Jil Sander. I've since moved on, but this Jil Sander transparent shopper tote (available at Farfetch) has sparked my interest again. This grocery bag-like tote has a front zip pocket, with the Jil Sander logo. Transparent bags are tricky - you gotta be mindful of what you display in there. I suggest a neutral cosmetic bag to hold all of your handbag essentials. I gotta have this one..
It's my favorite time of the year - Fendi's Spring/Summer collection is trickling off the runway and hopefully, into my closet! I usually fall for too many items in the Spring/Summer collection and this season is no exception. I'm obsessed with this green multi-accessory belt. It has a removable mobile phone pocket, multipurpose pouch and a gold-finish metalware key ring and clip. LOVE. This belt is also available in white, black and rust red. I'm a huge fan of Fendi bag accessories and love the Strap You collection. This green leather shoulder strap has a removable cellphone pocket with a zipper closure and gold-finish metalware details. This strap is also available in black. I would pair this green multi-purpose strap with a pale pink or nude bag. I love the army green and pink color combination. I have to have this Strap You belt. HINT HINT.. I want this one too! This Strap You leather shoulder strap has a removable cellphone pocket with a zipper closure, gold-finish metalware, tone on tone leather details and the contrasting printed FF motif. This bag accessory is also available in white and a rusty orange. I would don the black and green across a white t-shirt or shirt dress. This one is my favorite. The brown leather pockets belt bag is square shaped, with an adjustable belt. It has three multi-purpose pockets along the front and one pocket in the back with a zip closure. The matte "brown" calfskin looks like a dark beige to me - I love this nude shade. This belt bag also has gold-finish metalware. You can wear this belt bag around your waist, across your body or over your shoulder. LOVE! I want all four of these innovative Fendi designs.
Off-White is an Italian luxury brand founded in Milan and created by American designer, Virgil Abloh. The Italian streetwear label is fairly new (founded in 2012), but has already landed a spot on the must-have, high-end fashion list. The print detail is synonymous with the Off-White brand and widely recognizable. These Off-White Wellington Riding Boots scream festival in the rain. I love a good pair of wellingtons paired with gypsy style clothing. Don these boots with shorts or a skirt and accessories - this look is young and distinctive. I would wear these boots with a peach tulle skirt, t-shirt and backpack. Logo printed lingerie seems to be a thing these days. Admittedly, I went a little crazy over the Victoria's Secret Logo Love collection. The Off-White lineup has a few lingerie items with logo print and they're gorgeous. This Logo Strap Longline Bra and Slip with a logo printed elastic waistband are the perfect juxtaposition of feminine lace, along with the printed waistband typically identified with men's undergarments. The longline bra features a floral lace pattern, banded straps and ruffled hem. If I was skinny and near perfect, I'd wear this around the house! This Off-White Knitted Logo Cuff Wool Blend Sweater is Perfection. The distressed, asymmetrical hem and grey printed cuffs give this otherwise plain sweater style a sporty vibe. I love knits and have too many, but I can always make room in my closet for another one. Paired with high-waisted denim and a knitted toque, this look says I'll be at the ski lodge sipping spiked hot chocolate. These Off-White Riding Boots were created in collaboration with Timberland. The leather and cotton exterior feature the expected print and the harness detail dons blue faux fur wool trim. These boots are anything but boring. This riding boot style is available in other color combinations and they're all amazing. I personally think the sneaker department is little outta control these days and a trend I refuse to give in to. I'm just not feelin' the oversized running shoe, with the giant rubber sole and ridiculous embellishments (I'm talkin' about Gucci). These Off-White CST-001 Sneakers are kinda fun, a little outside the norm, but not too over-the-top. They're sporty, unique and a similar fit to a sock-style, flat boot. I'd pair these with chic joggers and an oversized sweater. This modern athleisure style has a platform sole, touch strap fastening and a zip tie tag detail. The Off-White "Sculpture" Canvas Tote is simple, but not. The detachable logo-printed strap and "Sculpture" printed canvas take this small tote from boring to unique. These are my favorite color combinations and I would love to see these shades and strap on an oversized Off-White tote.
I'm a self-proclaimed professional web browser. Every morning, I peruse all my favorite fashion and beauty sites 'new arrivals' section. I have a massive library of clothing, accessories and beauty products stored in my brain at any given time. Every now and then I come across a new brand and get a little obsessed. My latest brand obsession is Unravel Project. This streetwear brand consists of deconstructed wardrobe essentials. The distressed fabrics and unique detailing take an otherwise basic staple and make it modern-chic.
