Just wanted to share this with you - After a much needed vacation from just about everything, I'm back! I've had a few health scares, as well as rapid weight gain and hair loss due to necessary meds. These unfortunate events were taking a toll on my mental health. SO, I kinda went into hibernation for a few months to assess and prioritize aspects in my life. 

The pressures of life can be overwhelming. It's important to know your limits, capabilities, except who you are and love yourself. AND - Sometimes you just need a LONG break.

Lesson one - Get rid of the toxic people in your life and don't look back. Surround yourself with people who truly care for you, lift you up, check in on you when your down and make you laugh - These folks are keepers!

Lesson two - Take a trip. These pics were taken on our road trip to Charleston for a friends-cation. I'm super happy here! Spending the week with my bestie and "the boys" is just what I needed. We're already planning our next trip!

Lesson three - Take a minute to enjoy every great moment. Not everyday is good and the special moments go by so fast. 

BACK TO FASHION - I'm drowning in chic athleisure these days. Here I am wearing Dior sunnies, Dior cotton bracelets, Dior fashion jewelry, Skims ribbed cotton tank, Joah Brown (one of my favorite brands) oversized joggers, Louis Vuitton Khaki Pillow Speedy 25 bag and Louis Vuitton Pillow flat comfort mules. 

Just a quick "golden hour" photoshoot with my bestie. I HATE the golden hour. Why do people chase yellow sun for pics? Not a fan! Now that I got that out there - Was lovely to host my girlfriend and catch a few photos with Grey and Teddy. 

I can't think of a better way to celebrate my birthday than Champagne, Ladurée Millefeuille dessert and a "little" shopping at Dior. If you follow my blog and socials, you know I'm obsessed with Dior.

I don't know who had more fun - Me or Grey. She wore a jeweled harness with black polka dots and pink trim, along with pink booties. She is the belle of the ball. Grey was running around the party, tryna snag some champagne and when no-one was looking may have taken a few bites of dessert! 

Whose more obsessed with mirrors - Me OR Teddy? He loves looking at himself in the mirror. Teddy is donning a Yellowstone inspired outfit with a plaid shirt, overalls and boots. He won best look. 

A small soirée at Dior is a dream come true. AND, I don't mind the private shopping experience either! AND my bestie Dari visited from Miami to celebrate my birthday. YAY! After Dior we had Five Guys burgers and fries - SO yummy!

Thank you Dior DC and Marika for hosting this lovely gathering for my birthday. This was a very special moment for me - Turning 42 ain't so bad after all - I know, you thought I was 30'ish' (wink)!

Fendi, Dior and LV - These are a few of my favorite things! I'm all about the puffy apparel and accessories these days. It's cold AF out there, so bring on the down filled anything.

This Fendi X Skims cropped down jacket (may be available at Fendi X Skims) is super cozy-chic. It is a limited edition item - LOVE THAT! I'm always impressed with myself when I snag a hard-to-get fashion item. This coat is SO warm, fashionable and super cushy. I love the 3D effect FENDI SKIMS lettering all over and the contrast interior, also donning the capsule collection print. 

I am a HUGE fan of athleisure and LOVE joggers. These Fendi FF track pants (available at MyTheresa) don the iconic FF motif and have a fashionable relaxed vibe. I also purchased the Fendi X Skims loose fitting pants (similar to these). Now, I just need somewhere to wear them!

It's about chuffin time Dior - I've been waiting for these Dior sporty socks (available at Dior). These come in a medium height and a longer version. It's kinda hard to tell by the photo, but these sporty socks don the CHRISTIAN DIOR signature in gold-tone metallic. HAVE-TO-HAVE. 

I LOVE Dior woven bracelets. This Dior cuff (available at Dior) is a new take on the signature cotton arm candy. Three times wider, this navy blue cuff is a nice upgrade to the beloved handmade Dior tasseled bracelets. 

I have been refreshing the Louis Vuitton site everyday for weeks hoping these LV pillow booties would come back in stock. I already have these boots in khaki green and they are SO cozy. I have-to-have these pillow comfort ankle boots in beige too. The interior is lined with the Since 1854 print - The date the fashion house was founded. LOVE!

I am SO lucky to have snagged this khaki Louis Vuitton padded Speedy Bandouliere 25 (no longer available at Louis Vuitton). It is the perfect winter accessory. The regenerated nylon has an embroidered monogram pattern and is padded to give a pillowy vibe. I waited two months for this chic handbag to arrived - So worth the wait.

We're glamping not camping AGAIN. Another excellent stay at the Getaway House DC. If you haven't been to a Getaway House, you absolutely must give it a try.

I am addicted to Dior! I have to ban myself from visiting the boutique - Someone take away my internet!

I've always gravitated to one designer a season (or a few), but my Dior obsession is anything but fading some seasons later. Here are a few of my must-have Dior accessories.

I have this small DiorTravel vanity case in Rose des Vents and love it - It's my most used handbag. SO, of course I had to get another color. This small DiorTravel lambskin vanity case in Gray Cannage is gorgeous and perfect for colder seasons. I'm obsessed with this color. Can't wait till Christmas!

The Dior Claire D Lune ring is part of the cruise collection 2022. I'm a fan of white-gold and diamonds, so this  palladium-finish metal, with white crystals CD ring is a must-have. This ring is the perfect stocking stuffer - Hint hint..

Another item for the cruise 2022 collection are these Dior D-Zenith heeled ankle boots. These boots were made for me - I messaged my Dior Angel and asked her to get these for me and she replied, 'I already put them aside for you'. She gets my style. These boots have a sporty, yet elegant vibe. These fabulous boots have an integrated sock with the 'CHRISTIAN DIOR' signature - LOVE! The sport-like design dons a gold-finish heel - This juxtaposition is perfect and clearly references the cruise collection vibe.

I LOVE LOVE sunglasses. Dior quickly became my go-to sunglasses brand. These modern sunglasses styles are perfectly pink'ish' and on-trend. These DiorSignature A3U nude pilot sunglasses don the new 'CHRISTIAN DIOR PARIS' signature and an updated pilot style. Have-to-have. 

These DiorClub M1U sunglasses are a little out of my comfort zone and I love them. The rectangular-shaped mask has a sporty vibe. I love the pink mirrored lens combined with the light beige frame with a pink lined detail. I can't wait to wear these..

I tried on these Dior Dway slides at the boutique - They are super cozy. Unfortunately, my size wasn't available. The blue shearling is super cozy. I love a good 'these are shoes, not slippers' style.

The Dior D-Vibe Tribales earrings for headphones are everything I love about fashion - Ridiculous, but fabulous AND a must-have. Compatible with AirPods and AirPods Pro, these earrings have a small gold-tone chain with a ring that you attach to our headphones. LOVE!

This Dior CD navy bracelet is comprised of woven cotton and white resin pearls. Simple and a must-have. Another stocking stuffer - Hint hint..

I'm not a fan of yellow, but this buttery shade of the Dior micro Lady Dior bag is GORGEOUS. It's absolutely impractical - This bag is super tiny and you won't get much in there. Who cares! I haven't seen this bag up close, but am expecting a 'we have it' message any day now..

If you follow me, you know I'm addicted to white Dior boots. These Dior D-Major ankle boots are perfection. The military inspired boot has wool throughout (they're super cozy) and dons the 'CHRISTIAN DIOR' signature in pale pink. LOVE and HAVE-TO-HAVE!
