I'm sure you've heard by now that Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Eau de Parfum spray smells amazing. The scent is light, sweet and floral, with notes of Jasmine, rose, orchid, freesia, and patchouli. What you put inside your body has a major influence on your health and appearance. A juice cleanse is great for a much needed pick-me-up, to kick start a healthier diet, or an intense cleansing of the body. Whatever the reason, you can't go wrong with organic cold pressed juices.

My favorite cold pressed juice brand is SUJA. There are a variety of juices to choose from and they sell one or three day cleanses. The green juices are tasty. You wouldn't think a bottle of greens would be yummy, but it is! The lemon and cayenne juices have a spicy kick. The red and orange juices (beets and carrots) are sweet and delicious. The SUJA BLISS is my absolute favorite, made from carrot, orange, pineapple, coconut, banana, mango and lime-baobob. I also like the green juice GLOW and the MASTER CLEANSE, a lemon, cayenne, and maple syrup juice.

I do a two day cleanse once a month. After a cleanse my skin is brighter, I have more energy, and my stomach is flat. I recommend doing a juice cleanse prior to a big event, so you'll look your best. I also drink one juice a day everyday of the month. I try to have at least two green juices a week, one sweet juice and the rest are lemon juices. I'm kind of obsessing with cold pressed juices these days!

I can't live without these two products! Lumiére Bio-restorative Eye Cream and Bio-Serum with PSP. These two eye treatments are the basis for my extensive preventative anti-aging routine. First I gently apply the serum under my eyes and allow to absorb. Then I apply the eye cream under my eyes and on the outside where wrinkles are prominent. I use both treatments twice a day. I do not have under-eye swelling, or dark circles and I attribute that to my healthy diet, drinking lots of water and most of all to my Lumiére Bio-Restorative Eye Cream & Bio-Serum.

The Lumiére Bio-restorative Eye Cream is available in a 15 ml bottle. The Bio-Serum with PSP is available in a 4 ml pen that is great for travel and in a 30 ml bottle. The downside to these products is the price. The eye cream sells for around $85, the serum pen for $85 and the 30 ml bottle for $210. I currently use Finacea, and Elidel to treat my rosacea. Finacea is a topical medication used to treat mild to moderate rosacea. The active ingredient, azelaic acid, has the ability to reduce inflammation, as well as stop the growth of skin bacteria. Elidel is a treatment for a form of eczema called atopic dermatitis, which is a skin disease that causes dry and itchy skin, maybe even rashes. I understand that you should only use Elidel, once you've concluded that no other topical medication will work for you. In addition, there is some controversy over Elidel, and I suggest you do your research before using this medication or any other medication for that matter. In my case, the combination of these two medications is giving me amazing results, with absolutely no irritation.  

As far as lip plumping goes, Buxom plumping lip glosses are superior. I'm a big fan of lip plumping gloss; I like the tingling feeling! Buxom comes in a huge variety of shades, tingling or non-tingle, and smells delicious.
